Aachal is an Application Engineer at GSTV, Michigan, USA. She earned her master’s degree in Software Engineering from George Mason University (GMU). With experience in a wide range of fields, Aachal has previously worked at GMU as a graduate Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant as well as a Cybersecurity Instructor.

Back in Nepal, Aachal was involved with Girls in Technology Nepal (GIT), where she worked closely with young girls, encouraging and empowering them to pursue their career in the Tech. Before coming to the US, She worked at Golchha Organization as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

Aachal enjoys coding, graphic designing, and spending time with her dogs. She is a sucker for anything related to design, be it graphic design, or acrylic paintings. She loves watching anime and other shows on Netflix, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. A huge animal lover that she is, she is also a volunteer at SPCA Nepal, an organization that advocates for animal rights in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Here at NWiC, she thoroughly enjoys leading monthly NWiC Educate sessions. From designing social media content to moderating sessions, her contribution to the community is truly valuable and we at NWiC are super grateful!
