However for many years the interface, the UI has struggled to keep up, It never really has ever been able to let the user truly take full advantage of their CPU.
What is PowerToys
Some time a go however, during the era of Windows 10, Microsoft revealed a first party application named Power toys that aims to “provide power users ways to squeeze more efficiency out of the Windows shell and customize it for individual workflows”
Some useful features include
Text Extractor
The feature provides exactly the same functionality one would expect from the name, it enables users to extract text from images and sites that do not allow to copy text, the feature then copies the extracted text onto your clipboard
File Locksmith
This module essentially allows users to find out which files and documents are being used by which application/process
Registry preview
This a little advanced tool that allows you to quickly visualize and edit complex Windows Registry files.
Fancy Zones
This module allows the user to easily create custom window layouts for multi-tasking purposes
