Introduction 👋

Not often will you need more than one domain for a website. In my case, I decided to change the domain for my portfolio a few months after I started using my original domain. However, after I purchased it, I didn’t want to worry about the time between my first expiring and using my second. Therefore, I wanted to set up the second domain while keeping the original active and the default.

Long story short (and a lot of googling later), I’m happy to share that I accomplished my goal! It was not the most straightforward process, especially as someone who is still new to deploying, hosting, and domains. To help others out who may go through something similar I decided to document the steps that I took.
