Something Good is Coming
The 1968 vision of the future as seen through the lens of Star Trek was the past’s future I grew up in. It was far enough ahead to almost be magical, but it was just tech. Even my 1970’s child brain understood that. The 2008 reboot updated the look, introduced some tech that we had available during 2008 making it more relatable in a tech savvy society, but it didn’t extrapolate far enough into what will be possible.
I suspect very few grasp what’s coming.
