Using Decals in Unity’s HDRP

Using 2D decals in your 3D environment is a powerful way to bring in some additional textures and details to your game scene. Decals can be anything from blood splatter, bullet holes, wall grime or damage, to art and posters, or whatever details you would like to project on to the surface of a game object.

I am going to use some blood spatter decals from the Filebase asset library.
