No, that’s not me in the picture, thank you for asking.

Welcome to my Medium publication, where I post weekly tech-related posts every Monday at 06:00 AM CDT.

Why does this exist?

Two reasons. The first one is that nobody told me it couldn’t, so I went ahead and did it. The second reason is that I love writing, and I love technology, so I’ve decided to put them together. I hope you enjoy and reading and technology, which you likely do if you’re reading this.

Some of your posts say I need to pay, what gives?

I, like many, many other writers on the amazing Medium platform, utilize the Medium Partner Program on some of my posts. This way, I can get a bit of money for my work. You can read more about it here, but basically how it works is that authors get a part of your monthly or annual fee based on how you engage with the post. So, please set aside one day’s worth of coffee a month to support the authors on Medium. Thank you for your support.

You do get a handful of free member-only posts a month, so be sure to keep them for the authors you like most(hopefully I’m one of them).

Here are just a few things to keep in mind while reading this blog.

Unless otherwise stated, I’m not endorsed by the company names or companies behind any of the logos used on this publication. The logos and names are the property of their respective companies/owners.

Now that that’s out of the way, please don’t sue me :) .

While I do my best to keep everything on here factual, I very, very rarely(ok, maybe a bit more often than very, very rarely, just very rarely) make mistakes, so please do some fact checking, because facts can change rather quickly in the tech world(i.e. the latest version of software, etc.). I don’t claim that everything is 100% factual(I apologize if it’s not), but I do my best.

Please don’t sue me when your professor says I’m not an “academic source”.
