If you are a violator, you can scream on the Russian police officer.

Screaming on the police officer ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRlHH5x3G-Q)

A couple of days ago I found a video about the relationship between Russian police and some violators.

There is a monument in Moscow.

Some «smart» guys, I guess, park their cars in front of the monument and around it.

Of course, it is an administrative violation and, eventually, sucks.

Last time in Moscow local authorities try to bring order and I have to admit we have not so bad situation with parking.

Anyway, here and there from time to time we get such disgusting treatment from our compatriots.

Local civic activists, who help to society and authority to restore order try to improve the situation and persuade the violators to stop being violators.

As feedback the activists get aggression a humiliating.

What about the police?

So sad, but they apparently can’t be the authority, because you will see how some guy scream om the police officer and he does nothing.

How is it possible being a violator screams to the face of the police officer?

Unfortunately, Russian police can pressure only school graduates, grannies, and protesters.

What was the problem for the police to restore order?

I propose you to watch this video from Moscow.

Instead of doing their job the police officers did nothing.

One more thing.

Pay attention this moment:

One of the violators called the police officer as a «huylo», which means «mother f..cker» in Russian.

It’s a federal crime, but you can see the reaction of the officer. None.

I have a question.

In your country what would be if some violator would scream on the police officer?
