What is the role?

We are entering an exciting period of growth. After our successful journey with the Antler program and recent Seed round, we are now scaling the business across multiple verticals as we continue to establish our presence. Our main objectives are growth of our client base, brand awareness and community building so we can continue our journey to become the best B2B SaaS offering in our market.

You’ll be responsible for;

  • Identifying and diversifying ways to profitably drive acquisition, conversion, lifecycle and referral for products
  • Defining the top level growth marketing strategy
  • Effectively launching our Go-to-market strategy for our B2B SaaS product line
  • Testing and selecting the most effective channels for growth (paid social, SEO/SEM, sponsored content, retargeting and more)
  • Leading a junior resource to deliver successful marketing campaigns, and tracking key metrics to evaluate their success

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Significant experience as a Growth/Performance/Digital Marketer
  • Relevant tertiary-level qualification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Growth marketing metrics and channels
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally CRO based
  • Startup/scaleup experience; there will be challenges, it’s how we overcome them that counts
  • Team / People leadership experience
  • Drive and Determination; we have ambitious goals and are looking for someone who wants to excel
  • Enjoys ambiguity and high growth environments
  • A team player; no jerks allowed.
