Bombay High Court slammed the Investigation department, calls Media Irresponsible

Bombay High Court slammed the Investigation Department for leaking vital information of the Narendra Dabholkar murder case and it even blamed media for its irresponsible activity.

The Bombay High Court is currently keeping a close watch on the murder case of Narendra Dabholkar and CPI leader Govind Pansare as the recent arrests has given the case much important lead and the case is on the verge of conclusion.

“The case being at the crucial stage, Why vital Information are being made open to public? How come the leads are reaching til media? Justice Dharmadhikari enquired to the investigation department.

“We have already directed our officers and the Investigation team to not to reveal any information about the case in the media.” Investigation department official.

The bench of judges Justice Dharmadhikari and Burgess Colabawalla of the Bombay High Court annoyingly further warned the investigation department about the intensity of the case.

The judges of the Bombay High Court further pointed out at the Interviews given by several activists, family members of the deceased who are the prime witnesses.

“If they don’t have faith on the Court, let them continue with such irresponsible things.” annoyingly said Justice Dharmadhikari.

Already the Bombay High Court slammed the Investigation department it even fired out at the media for its irresponsible behaviour.

” Is the media unware about its responsibility? Its quite tough and a long route to conclude a case, so media must act responsibly looking at the intensity of the case.” said the bench of judges.

“We are at a vital stage of the case. This might be an attempt to mislead both the Investigation department and the media. So both are henceforth warned to act responsibly about this case. This might be an attempt by the culprits to mislead the investigation. Investigation department should take a note of the seriousness of the case and accordingly reveal the information.” said bench of judges.

The court was adjourned till October 10 to enquire about the further investigation of the Dabholkar and Pansare murder case.
