For group decision making systems to flourish, voting needs to be democratized. Blockchain promises to be the ideal way to bring this about and has therefore attracted many problem-solvers seeking to tackle the challenge. But a real solution to the voting problem requires more than just an elegant technology.

To that end, we have established a board of advisors with deep experience in blockchain and backgrounds in systems of scale and internationalization. We added to this an advisory council with intimate knowledge of elections and democratic systems. These bodies, in conjunction with soon-to-be-announced partnerships, will help guide the establishment of the Netvote Foundation for the development of blockchain voting dApps and the Netvote Corporation for the promotion of election best practices.

We have also officially announced the availability of our 100% open source code blockchain voting project. The Netvote platform will be developed as a poly-chain solution in order to support adoption in different technology environments. Through integrations and partnerships, the platform will adapt to the needs of different voting ecosystems to support unique voting methods, ballots, and other requirements.

For votes that count.

The project promises to solve some of the toughest challenges facing democratic elections today from access for the disenfranchised and voter intimidation to high costs and voter apathy. The Netvote dApp is now available for beta testing.
