Profession / Passion — Soul jazz! I’m a musician and DJ. I started as a kid doo-wopping at the street corners of St. Louis!

Preferred area — Kreuzberg. Stronger context, established people and a little more flavour.

Best in Berlin — It’s relaxed. No one is coming after you here, you gotta go out and get it for yourself. This city isn’t just a playground of corporate everything. You can do interesting things and explore yet still manage. Although, you must know how to manage yourself, otherwise you‘ll be in big trouble!

Bad in Berlin — Lack of creative quality control. Live music venues should take risks to grow their reputation as great curators. There is so much going on that the bar should be raised a bit. Some of the street musicians deserve a stage and some playing on a stage should not.
