As the name suggests — lotus seeds/lotus nuts — the seeds of lotus, these seeds are used in Asian cuisine and traditional medicine. These white or brown peeled nuts have high nutritional values -protein, B vitamins, and dietary minerals. Here are the few benefits of lotus seeds (our evening snack component — the makhane)
