Having spent a week in Hamburg as a team, we have to say that it was great visiting this unmissable event in-person again. Even though it was an exhausting marathon of meetings and demonstrations, you could feel that the industry is well and truly bouncing back after the pandemic.

Exhibitors were showcasing their latest innovations, particularly within the seating sector, with Safran Seats, Recaro and Thompson Aero Seating alongside many others revealing their new designs at the event. As expected, the discussion around the future of inflight connectivity continues. Whilst the major players don’t always agree on what the future looks like, what is clear is that the future is bright for passengers wanting to be connected on their travels.

As constant pursuers of innovation and immersive 3D technology solutions for the aerospace industry, Neutral Digital was particularly happy to see so many interesting exhibitors showcasing their products using new technologies, including those using Neutral Digital immersive platforms. Like Viasat using their new 3D interactive application with data visualisation that helps to tell the story of their new high-capacity satellite constellation, and KID Systeme showcasing their products in their native environment using Neutral’s Virtual Showroom platform.
