A Series of Events Turned My Life Upside Down
I haven’t posted in almost a month, so where have I been?

Till 8 October, I was happily obsessed with Medium, posting whenever and wherever possible, sharing all my life updates.
But then, life took a drastic turn. My fiancé’s father suddenly became ill and had to be hospitalized.
My parents went to support them at the hospital, while I stayed home to take care of my dog and house in their absence.
I also made sure to support my fiancé mentally, if not physically. As soon as my father-in-law was discharged and back home, my fiancé realized that living apart from his parents who were in his hometown was not working. He decided to move them along with him to the city where he works.
This sudden change meant we had to quickly plan their relocation and find a comfortable and big enough home to rent for the family. Since his mother was caring for his father, my fiancé and I took on most of the responsibilities within a week.
We had to find a suitable place and arrange to move some of their old household items from their hometown to the new city, plus buy some additional furniture.
