November 3rd is the day most Americans become time travelers and roll back the clock an hour.

Why do we do such a stupid task? It has something to do with gaining more daylight in the evening or some other sorcery.

If it were up to me, I would pick one time and stay with it. Gaining or losing an hour of sleep doesn’t really impact me because I go to bed whenever I’m tired, and I wake up whenever I roll out of bed.

That’s one of the benefits of being self-employed.

However, I’m not a totally self-absorbed person because I do feel bad for people who are forced to follow these mental gymnastics.

It’s especially bad in the spring when you lose an hour over the weekend. Those hours are precious whenever you must follow a schedule and work between 40–50 hours a week.

Anyway, the government passed a bill to stick with one time, but of course nothing ever gets done because it’s the government. It doesn’t matter if it’s an elephant or a donkey in charge because they are both practically useless.

The only thing politicians are great at doing is knowing when to buy and sell stocks at the perfect…
