And among the people who suck it up the most are the newbies. Beginners are magnets for advice. They want it all that’s out there on the topic.
Same with writers.
For a new writer, the digital verse is like a magnanimous wizard, spilling all the ‘how-to-do-it’ secrets, money-minting hacks, and the perfect tunes to lure in your rats… I mean, followers.
And I am here to tell you to pause. To step back. And think about it before you give in to everything out there.
All is right; all is wrong.
Some days, you read that coffee is good for you. Same day, you’ll read that coffee is carcinogenic.
The world doesn’t seem to agree on anything these days.
Some will say long-form content is out of style; write short-form.
Some will say short-form is frivolous; write long-form.
Some will warn you of AI like it’s an intellectual plague.
