That’s enough hot dogs to stretch across the country.
With Memorial Day coming up, this is a sign summer is upon us. School is finishing up, the weather will be warmer, and there will be more outdoor activities including grilling.
Hot dogs are popular in the US and people also enjoy them at many sporting events or at get togethers.
As a processed food, hot dogs, when consumer in excess, have been linked to health concerns. According to Eating Well, you should choose the better quality hot dogs. When eaten in excess, they have been linked to causing stomach cancer and dementia.
Eating hot dogs once in a while is fine, and shouldn’t be a daily meal.
If you have a choice, you should pick the better quality hot dogs. Generally, hot dogs contain a high level of saturated fats, nitrates, and unhealthy fats.
