The weather is changing and usually, I get a cold. Maybe it’s because I walk from my car to the gym in a T-shirt and shorts.

I don’t like wearing long sleeves or pants to the gym. It makes me feel too hot.

The last few days I felt a cold coming. To me, that’s a sign I need to act fast to avoid getting a full-blown cold which makes me feel miserable.

Normally, I start drinking more fluids. For me, that’s usually more water and orange juice.

In addition, I’ll add lemon and honey to my tea.

Last night, I was feeling miserable so I skipped dinner, laid in bed, and watched Netflix.

Then I went to bed at a decent time and slept about 7 hours which for me is very good.

Today, I’m feeling better and avoiding going to the gym this morning since I’m not feeling back to my normal self. I may hit the gym tomorrow.
