Medium, I’m Still Trying to Find Out What the Hell You Are Doing
Do you know, or more importantly, do you care?
This morning, I woke up to see that I had earned zero pennies yesterday. That really pissed me off, but what pissed me off even more was that there were still no words of reassurance or any words from the powers that be on Medium.
I read a few articles about how angry and frustrated other writers on this platform are, but one was particularly interesting and thought-provoking. This was written by John Pearce 🌻 and mentioned the lack of communication from CEO Tony Stubblebine. The article I am referring to can be found below.
I opened an account on LinkedIn a while ago in a futile effort to attract more readers to my work. I remember seeing Tony’s name as a suggestion of who to follow, so I checked him out.
Even though he has not been active on Medium, he has been active on LinkedIn. I found the following post from two days ago that raises some questions about transparency.
