What started as casual Facebook posts of my dog has transformed into a consistent income stream. My pug became the star of his daily show, the Du Wop Show, which I shared on Facebook over a year ago.
As any pet parent knows, the cost of food, treats, and supplies adds up. Let’s not even get started with the surprise vet bills, either. But in our household, Du Wop isn’t just a family member, he’s a surprisingly effective revenue generator on Facebook.
You see, Du Wop has a personality.
Every day, he tells me when it’s time to take a walk.
Viewers are attracted to Du Wop and wonder what he’ll do next.
Some days, he’ll eat nuts he finds on the ground.
Other days, Du Wop sees his buddy, and the two dogs go crazy barking at each other.
When I started filming and posting Du Wop on Facebook, someone told me you should create a show. So I called it the Du Wop Show.
