WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?
Motivation or inspiration?
Motivation is the energy to do something, inspiration is the direction. When we talk about personal development, these two elements are very important.
But in general, people either have more inspiration or more motivation and lack the other.
Some people have more MOTIVATION and want inspiration.
They want to get rid of poverty.
They want to stop earning salaries that they consider unsatisfactory.
They want to get big.
They want to prove to themselves that it is possible.
Maybe they were humiliated when they were little because they didn’t have as much as their other colleagues and that strengthened them.
Maybe they want to prove to the opposite sex that they have what it takes. They want the recognition of others.
They want to ensure the children’s livelihood. Maybe they are envious, maybe they are greedy.
They have the energy. Their eyes glaze over with passion.
They are motivated!
THEY WANT SOMETHING PASSIONATELY!
Others have more INSPIRATION and need motivation. These are the geniuses. They are classic Romanians, wild geniuses, who come up with millions of ideas and never carry out any of them.
Those who say that “they manage”, in any situation and they don’t have problems from now on. Either they drown like rum on the shore, or they get lazy, or other ideas come to them and they lose focus.
They become blasé. Or they simply become demotivated, because it is difficult. After all, it is not possible, because they will go bankrupt. The fear of failure also appears. These people are very intelligent.
A man who wants to evolve needs MOTIVATION. If he doesn’t want to go forward, then all the inspiration in the world won’t help him.
I have had enough of smart people. Most of us are smart, we are pure geniuses. But we are in vain if we do not implement something of our genius. We must have that impetuous energy in our stomachs to move forward, to be pit bulls.
A man with average intelligence but with great motivation will always go further than a blasé genius.
Tip 1: make sure you have the energy.
Tip 2: help people who have motivation. Because the help will return to you.
