The Promise Keeper

We are blessed to serve a God who is the picture of constancy in a world that frequently lets us down and breaks its promises. In Psalms 145:19, where the Psalmist declares that “He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.” We find tremendous assurance and hope in this wonderful verse.
When we fear and honor God, He promises to fulfill our desire. It is important to recognize that our desires correspond to His perfect intention for our life.
When our hearts are in sync with His, we can trust that He will fulfill our wishes in His perfect timing. God hears the requests and desires of those who fear and honor Him.
God fulfills our desire. The psalmist assures that God fulfills the desires of those who fear Him, aligned with His will. Surrendering to God brings fulfillment in His wisdom and timing.
As we honor and surrender our desires to God, He takes delight in fulfilling them. Psalms 37:4 says, “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
In a world where promises can be broken and trust can be shattered, it often leaves us longing for fulfillment and searching for purpose. This scripture assures us that our God is interested in the desires of our hearts.
When we approach Him with reverence and a genuine fear of the Lord, He promises to fulfill those desires that align with His perfect will for our lives.
God is attentive to our cries. He does not only fulfill our desires, but He also hears our cries. Psalms 34:17, declares, “The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.” Our prayers do not fall on deaf ears.
When we call upon Him in sincere prayers as children of God, He listens with a caring ear and provides comfort, direction, and salvation, He is attentive to our needs. Psalms 145:9 affirms, “The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.” He is good and compassionate, desiring the best for His children.
As we align our desires with His will and place our trust in Him, we can expect His loving provision and guidance in our lives The Lord said in John 15:7 “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.”.
Brethren, in every circumstance, let us approach God with reverence and trust, believing that He is faithful to His promises. May we find hope and assurance in His unfailing love and goodness. Psalms 91:15 says, “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.”
Trust in the love and faithfulness of our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ, the Promise Keeper. He said in Matthew 24:35 “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”
