Walter Kahler: A Faithful Man of God, Persistent in Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ
It’s time to recognize this great writer whose heart consistently overflows with a desire to serve the Lord
--
Walter Kahler is consistent in sharing the gospel. If you read his work, you will have no doubt about whether he is saved or not.
Why is it that so many Christians are lukewarm?
It’s hard to tell if they are even saved.
This is not the case with Walter. He is a man saved by Grace and walking in his God-given calling.
Read on, and find out for yourself.
Walter loves Jesus and by the time you read the articles below, you will fall in love with Jesus too.
I have compiled most of his articles here starting from the first one he submitted to New Creation in 2022 to the most recent.
Read and be inspired!
Celebrating Passion Week — April 12, 2022
In this article, Walter gives a clear account of what Passion Week is.
And as we are in the season of Lent, it is a good time to reflect on this again.
“Every year celebrating passion week shows a Christian’s faith in Christ. It begins on Palm Sunday with Jesus entering Jerusalem on a donkey and the congregation lining the road with palms. Then comes Holy Thursday, when Christ prepared the Lord’s supper. Next comes Good Friday, when Jesus died for the forgiveness of sin, and it ends on Easter Sunday, where we see His resurrection.” — Walter Kahler
Unveiling Hope’s Power
In the opening paragraph below, Walter points the way to a life of hope and peace.
“Imagine discovering peace amid a troubled world. A spiritual place where you find serenity. Inner-calmness in times of distress. God makes it possible. And the key to finding hope on this corrupt planet comes through Christ.” — Walter Kahler
Christ The Reality of Heaven
In this piece, Walter paints a beautiful picture of our heavenly home.
The Extraordinary in The Ordinary
“Developing a personal relationship with God has allowed me to see the best in all things, even in the worst situations. The more connected I am with Christ, the better I am in giving.”
— Walter Kahler
An Active Member of God’s Kingdom
In this article, Walter shows us what it means to be a doer of God’s word.
Overcoming Loneliness
Everyone should read this article as loneliness comes upon us all at some point in our lives. Walter offers some useful advice on how we can deal with this by turning to Christ and seeking his love and grace.
“Loneliness is God’s invitation for me to pause and spend time in His presence. So, when I’m alone, it’s my responsibility to pray and ask for guidance. And when I reach out to Him with humility, He embraces me with love.” — Walter Kahler
God’s Second Chances
Using the story of the Prodigal Son, Walter shows us God’s, unconditional love.
He certainly is the God of Second Chances, and third, fourth, etc.
Self-Control
“Self-control requires building a personal relationship with God through abiding in Christ and following the Holy Spirit’s guidance.”
— Walter Kahler
Praying from the Heart
Using the Lord’s Prayer, Walter helps us to understand what it means to pray from the heart.
Our Holy Purpose
This is a great question: What is our holy purpose?
Walter says our primary purpose is to glorify God and he explains why in this article.
2 Keys to a Powerful Devotion
“Devotion is an action that gets God’s attention. Nothing pleases Christ more than to give God reverence. And the two keys that capture a powerful devotion are prayer and selfless service.”
— Walter Kahler
Supernatural Peace
Therefore, we have been justified by faith and have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
— Romans 5:1
The Wisdom of Patience
“It’s been almost two thousand years since Christ walked on earth, and God still shows patience. Our Lord wants salvation for every one (2 Peter 3:9) and continues to allow people the chance to repent. But we know a time is coming when His forbearance will end, and the return of Jesus brings forth His final wrath.”
— Walter Kahler
The Painful Truth
This is an important article for anyone interested in knowing the Truth about life and our purpose here on earth.
The Act of Confession
I think this is a great title as Confession does indeed bring us freedom.
As you can see, Walter has written many articles and all of them are valuable in the life of the believer.
I’d encourage you to read on and discover more about Christ and the life of a born-again believer.
