The bridge between two worlds
How do we straddle the old world that’s dying and the new world being born?
After my UFO sighting at age 13, “the bridge between two worlds” came to me as one of the defining character traits for Jason Stewart. At the time, I thought it related to Jason’s journey to another planet and return to Earth to fulfill his mission.
In the last decade, however, as I experienced the work of Tom Kenyon, Dolores Cannon, Saoirse Claire, Aaron Doughty, and many others, I heard a recurring theme. The New Earth. For those unfamiliar, the New Earth refers to the emergence of a future human civilization where we live based in love, build lives in harmony with nature, and we evolve collectively as spiritual consciousness expressing in human form.
If I believe what I see on social media channels like YouTube and X, it looks like we’re racing toward a catastrophic dystopian future straight out of Hollywood. Traders in negativity paint a near future picture that looks like a synthesis of great sci-fi including 1984, Atlas Shrugged, Brave New World, The Forever War, The Hunger Games, Mad Max, The Matrix, The Terminator, and They Live. Recent movies like Leave the World Behind and Civil War feel more like social engineering than popular entertainment.
What is going on here?
New Destiny or Technocracy? You Decide. I choose this publication’s tagline for a reason. The media zeitgeist, what I feel in my human suit, and creative inspiration tell me the same thing. There are two primary timelines unfolding on Earth.
One timeline came to me at age 14. The consciousness I knew at that time as New Destiny expresses itself through the New Earth narrative so many of us resonate with today.
Technocracy captures the vibe of the other timeline. The idea of technocracy was born a century ago and became popular in the 1930’s before a public scandal drove it dormant for four decades. Writers employ the term today to describe a dystopian global order that uses technology to impose a society and culture designed to suppress our spiritual consciousness.
Like my character Jason Stewart, I feel called to play the part of the bridge between two worlds. In my case, through my creative work. My goal: to write great entertainment. My calling: to provide a roadmap for those inspired to start the journey from the old world to the new world.
As a human I exist in both worlds. I have a day job in the technocracy. Over the last year or so, I’ve become an AI-augmented human. I see the descent of some companies into dystopian cultures that destroy souls, livelihoods, and the planet. Yet, I work with amazing human beings. Loving, present, authentic, inspired humans driven by purpose. A force of good in the world. I’m blessed to be a part of it. And, I’m an artist. I continue publishing my writing as a side hustle. The more I write, the more I feel connected to my spirit, my purpose, and my passion.
These days, I have a hard time keeping up with it all. It’s difficult to exist in both timelines simultaneously. On any given day, one timeline might superimpose itself over the other. Some days, I feel integrated and alive, blessed to be doing everything I’m doing, blessed by the opportunities in my life. Other days, I struggle. Most days bring a new surprise. I feel like I’m living on the edge of life. And yet, I spend most of my waking hours in front of a screen.
As I see it, we live in a window of time where the two timelines overlay each other. I’m living proof that it’s possible to exist in both. However, I feel that for many of us, the time has come, or will come soon, where we must choose which timeline we want to live in.
Through the course of my life, I’ve learned technology is neutral. We can use it with the intent to serve or enslave humanity. I see amazing things happening today and to more to come from emerging technologies. The results of actions taken in faith by conscious humans. And I fear those addicted to absolute power use technology with a different intent.
Many days, I feel like the time to choose is coming fast. Some of us will join the New Earth timeline and celebrate in love. Others won’t let go of their dependency on external authority or find support to release the unresolved trauma that binds them to fear-based realities. The universe allows the choice we make. We get to decide which timeline defines our life.
We stand between these two worlds. Can enough of us commit to building the new world as the old world fights for its life? I’m doing it. And I’m not alone. As my character Lydia Taylor would say, “it’s f-ing hard!” It’s not for everyone. But you know what’s yours to do.
Now you know my choice. What’s yours? Let me know in the comments.
