A glimpse into the Truth

I close my eyes and feel my eyelids gently caress the doorstep of my eyes. I feel a hint of tears, and immediately the tightening of my jaw.

I loosen my jaw and feel the warmth of my heart, flourishing life into my body and soul.

I smile and feel peace in my thoughts.

I lean back and rest my head upon the headrest of my chair, supporting my head and my back against the soft cushiony surface.

I breath a deep sigh of relief and notice my heartbeat steadily.

I relax.

As I got a glimpse into the Truth.
