I have already written about yellow a dozen times, and although it’s not a popular color in the home, it is a vital color in your life.
The Solar Plexus is the chakra I focus on when I need to know the truth about something or someone. When activated, I know things. Yeah, that sounds silly, but it’s true, and you can do it too!
Many of you who have a career where you need to speak in front of people or who are managers or bosses of a business will definitely benefit from knowing more about this very powerful chakra. I call it the “Smarty Pants Chakra.”
Whether in your professional or personal life, the solar plexus chakra is a versatile tool. On days when you’re feeling drained and have a long list of tasks, activating this chakra can be a game-changer, making you feel more adaptable and resourceful. Here’s how:
- Start your day by getting out in the sun. Soak it up for at least ten minutes
- Come inside and pour yourself some lemon balm tea, that will relax you and energize your solar plexus simultaneously.
- Have a healthy breakfast, scrambled eggs, toast, and a banana.
- Shower time! Hold your hands just above your navel. Visualize a beautiful yellow ball about the size of a baseball, spinning and shinning! This is your solar plexus.
- Wardrobe. Yes, focus on wearing yellow today. Don’t have anything yellow? Hit the jewelry box. You can wear tigers eye or any crystal or gemstone you have that is yellow.

- I trust my gut feelings and, just know things. I trust me!
