For over a week, my Akashic guides have been nudging me to do a reading about the upcoming US election. The collective energy is swirling and murky with lots of fear percolating.
But there is hope and clarity in today’s Akashic message!

“What do we most need to know about the upcoming U. S. election between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump?
There are a few things that are happening here.
Quite a bit of division has taken place and will continue to take place regardless of who it is that gets into office.
The American public (as a whole) is waking up right now to all the ways in which it falls short in comparison to other countries — when it comes to equity, caring for one another, and so much more, transportation, economy, a number of different things.
As the internet has spread, as information has spread, so too has the knowledge of how other countries are doing it. And when one considers that the United States of America is supposed to be a supreme power, there are quite a few questions about how it is being run, managed, taken care of.
It is certainly not an equitable society, as so many societies are not. And while there is a perception of freedom within its walls, there are so many issues as well.
This election is bringing so much to the forefront. Yes, in some ways it is deepening the divide between people, yet at the same time, the divide has always been there. It has simply been under wraps, as they say, meaning that it hasn’t been as obvious or relevant to current times.
But people are realizing they have a voice. They are realizing that when they show up, they can affect change, and that is a beautiful thing. Therefore, both of these candidates are assisting in that change, and bringing more to the forefront, showing people that they have power, regardless of the lens in which it is viewed.
Both candidates serve a purpose, unique to their own, but there is one thing that is happening, regardless of who gets in office, and that is a breaking down of the old. It does not matter who it is that wins the election, but simply the timing that is aligned around it, meaning that one will push things forward at a very steady pace, while the other will allow for things to float along at a more even-keeled pace.
You may believe that you have a preference for one over the other, and that indeed may be the fact at any given time. But it is the collective and the collective energy that will come together to ultimately decide whether or not it wants to steamroll itself into evolution or take its time.
One will be easier than the other, simply because it will be lighter on the system. But both will take you to the destination, where it is that you want to go.
What is important in these times is to take care of yourself. To not get lost or caught up in something as trite as an election. Now we understand that this may sound dismissive, but it is anything but. In fact, we are simply trying to show you that an election is just that.
Time will proceed forward at the pace in which it is moving. And regardless of the decisions made along the way, there are certain things that cannot be undone at this point in time. For there are aspects of growth that must take place on planet Earth.
The United States of America will either be part of that growth or it will not be. But it will not cease to exist, certainly not any time in the near future.
Therefore, for you, Kind Soul, what is important is to stay focused on your path.
For while it may seem that the person who takes this office has an enormous amount of power, the opposite is true. In fact, there will be hands and meddling on the back end, those which you never see, certainly not in these current times, that are actually the ones pulling the strings. In addition, do not forget the Senate, the Congress, the Supreme Court, and other governing bodies who play an enormous role in the evolution of the United States.
If you want to enact change in your country, then it will be very important for you to get involved in it, in whatever way feels most aligned. So too for those of you who are located outside of the United States of America. There are many other governments that need toppling as well, simply because the systems and structures do not benefit humanity as a whole, but only certain parts of it.
Do not lose sight of this, nor allow yourself to get lost in hope, depression, regardless of what the outcome of this election will be. It will be important for you to carry on. To continue moving forward with your light, your hope, your dream for what the United States of America can be.
For by spending time each day dreaming about your nation as a whole, you will assist in shifting its vibration, assisting it as it makes this climb into its next iteration.
It’s not going to be easy. It’s not going to be seamless. You will make two steps forward, then take five steps back, before taking great leaps. It will not be a linear process, just like change is not a linear process in your everyday.
Therefore, garner your strength for more difficult things in your personal lives, in your everyday in the world that truly matters most to you.
Which politician, Kamala Harris or Donald Trump, is more aligned with the highest version of the United States of America at this time? (10:20)
This is a difficult question for us to respond to simply because there are pros and cons on both sides of the fence.
We know that when you look at Donald Trump, you see an individual who is very chaotic, who does not seem as if he knows what he’s doing, where he’s going. He’s almost a child who has been let loose in a playroom and is willing and apt to blow something up at any moment.
But you must understand that this chaos is quite good simply because there are many things that need to be blown up. But of course, this path will be a very difficult one, and will certainly be detrimental for many people within the United States simply because of how he proceeds through life, the ways in which he looks at social structures, and how he is seen on the international forefront. Do know that it will significantly weaken your country to have such an individual at the helm.
When it comes to Kamala Harris, there are many good things about her campaign, her heart, and who it is that she wants to be for the United States of America. But much of her thinking is steeped in old ideology, and with her comes newness, but also quite a bit of the old guard. She believes that she can have much more of an impact in the seat of a president, yet she realizes not how much will be pulling her back, how many difficult decisions she will have to make. And while this transition of power would certainly be more easeful on the American public, it will not push it down its evolutionary path in the same way.
For it will take longer for those who are truly behind the scenes to come to the forefront, for the American public to truly see what’s going on behind the scenes, and for people to become uproarious to the point where they will require action.
So as you can see, both paths not only serve a purpose, but have their own pros and cons.
Going back to what we spoke about in the very beginning, it’s important for you to understand that certain plays are already in motion, regardless of what takes place.
The old systems and structures must be broken down and will be broken down. This is a fact and is not up for debate. It is in the rebuilding of these systems and structures where much of the outcome is still undecided. This may not be in a lifetime for many of you, but it is certainly where the future is headed.
Know that young America is needed at this time, as they will be the ones uncovering much of what is at play and restructuring it.
Therefore, for those of you who are older in age, it is important for you to encourage and inspire the young ones to get involved, to unleash their passion, to make them see that the future is in their hands, and to give them hope for their ability to change what is currently in place for the betterment of this planet. And mankind in general.

What do we need to do to assist the United States of America in aligning with its highest timeline? (17:39)
What you can do is get involved.
To realize that by taking responsibility, no matter how huge or how small, will assist in pushing the United States of America into its highest timeline. Everything from donating to those individuals whom you believe in, to working on the front lines, getting involved in groups, giving back to your communities, there are so many things that you can do.
Get your families involved. Get your friends involved. So too, spend time by yourself, dreaming up the greatest outcome for the United States of America, understanding that your energetic imprint is one that will affect change around it.
Do not underestimate your ability to impact the world around you.
For those of you who do not feel called to things on a national level, be sure to get involved in your communities. Be sure to pay attention to the politicians who are rising to the forefront. Be sure to rally around those whom you see most fit to encompass society as a whole.
Stop seeing things through a polarized lens. Realize that each and every individual within the United States of America serves a purpose and is necessary and needed in future capacities for all that is taking place now and in the future to come, or all that must take place within the United States of America for it to blossom and bloom.
Stop seeing certain races, religions, sexual orientations, genders, political preferences, religious ideologies, any of these things. Stop putting people in categories and simply realize that their lives are as important as your own and their difference is what makes the world a better place.
Know that you do not need to worry about them in this endeavor. Simply focus on yourself, your perspective, welcome in more love for humanity in general. Expand yourself in your ability to have compassion for your neighbors regardless of who they are.
And begin giving back in ways that you have not beforehand. Know that by giving back, whether with your money, your time, your resources, your possessions,your heart, it matters not. What most matters is how it is that you give back and that you give back in general.
For by giving back, you are elevating the vibration on the planet, not just within the United States of America, but abroad and in general. The United States of America affects all countries for it is seen as a symbol of freedom.
Therefore, use your freedom to enact change in a positive way. Smile at strangers, be thankful for what you have, spend time in gratitude, get outside and praise Mother Gaia.
Look to see what is working on this planet, instead of focusing on all that is not.
For the fire must burn all things to the ground before it can renew and regenerate the ground beneath it and all that was covered there.
You are an important dynamic and piece in this puzzle. Do not ever minimize yourself, your impact, and your worthiness to effect change.
