Community Will Uplift
— in the spring of 2020 a buddy and I circumnavigated Catalina Island just before the country shut down due to covid. We ran all day, slept under the stars and took to the kindness of strangers. Lets get back to that again….
In times of uncertainty, an era of chaos or questionable direction

Within your effort, hesitate to speak of
Another’s path or perspective.
Value the truth before you, the gift within you and
The appreciation of what you have been through.
Judge not how others react
Interpret the same environment,
The message or the solution.
The ego directs you along this path, but
It is the soul which unlocks the connection
We invariably have with one another.
This bond, this empathy, this opportunity
Is all we have and all we need.
Stay with fear, anger or resentment and
Watch your environment withdrawal and
Become further muted.
Follow your trail, question your fears and embrace your passions.
In doing so community will uplift,
Souls will speak and
Truth will see us through.
