Deep down we are all lovers. We have just forgotten!
Why you should expand your love to include everyone

He who has experienced cruelty and still keeps his heart open to the reality of love has reached the highest freedom in my opinion. Because love is the ability to see right through the masks of our counterpart and straight into the core of their being.
When we love, we see behind the facade of trauma and confusion and reveal the beauty within. And it captivates us enough to want them in our team. We even feel rejected if they don’t agree to collaborate. We see their full potential even if they themselves don’t see it.
So why focus this valuable and true perspective on only a selected group of people that we personally like? What if we’d be able to expand our love beyond our VIP circle and start seeing everyone through a lover’s lens? Unconditionally?
How would we treat each other in the streets and during arguments? How would we treat the cashier in the supermarket or talk to our coworker? What kind of world would we live in?
Love writes the most beautiful stories. Which is why we created a whole reality play to enter and experience the different possibilities of love. And then we entered a world that follows a storyline of fighting to survive. A world of competition and greed. And in the midst of pain and illusion we forgot that all of us are not enemies, but merely friends who are playing together.
This planet has seen enough greed and hate. We urgently need to understand that our old ways are leading to disaster and new ways are needed to heal the planet and ourselves. Ways of working together. Ways of remembering that we are one and not many. That deep down we are all lovers in a play.
Let’s not fight and try to force our worldview on one another, but let’s respect each other and assume that everyone is a respectable part of the play. Let’s stop the drama, allow everyone to heal their wounds, and move forward in oneness. Like lovers who support each other.
Because deep down we are already lovers. We have just forgotten.
