Hard Core Spiritual Truths

This is spirituality, so you can expect for there to be wildly varying theories out there. Theories form because people really had those experiences; they traversed those realities. Time and timelines are fluid; as we see with the Mandela effect, timelines can be split and large groups of people experience a separate reality. After a certain point you see that in the Universe, there are many possibilities. There are infinite realities.
However, despite an infinite possibility, there is still truth. There are rock-hard core spiritual truths that most people agree upon.
For example, most people believe that we are all connected to Source.
I find this to be a spiritual truth. I do believe we are connected to Source.
How do I know the truth of Source?
I feel joy and satisfaction for my life.
Even though we can detect what is going on in other parts of the Universe (such as in our past lives, or adjacent/alternative lives), we have a primary interest in our incarnation. We have a certain satisfaction and joy for being here and now.
