The Power of the Present Moment

There is no past or future. The only time that exists is in the present moment.

In the philosophy of time, this idea is known as “presentism” — that only the present moment is real. The alternative is “eternalism” in which past moments, present moments, and future moments all equally exist in a kind of block universe. I think both models could work for my argument, but for now, my focus is on presentism.
