Jailed
How tempting it is to hide away. Many hesitate to show their inner workings to all and sundry lest they incur ridicule. Much safer to keep their truths bound within their own private mind — no one but they to judge or wonder. Safe, protected, in a world completely insular, devoid of outside witness.
Mm, haven for some, magical playground for a few, escape for most, but lone realms for all.
’Tis no sin, of course, to move through life this way and no lasting disservice is practiced towards Self to do so. All is choice — choice that can be, altered, taken, or denied, at any time.
’Tis shame though when one’s choice is determined through the distorted perceptions created by one’s own fear of Self.
To us, it seems fear of the reactions of others is not the principal reason for those of deeper abilities than others to bury those abilities still further. Especially so if those abilities have come to one somewhat late in life. It can feel, to such as they, that to allow what is “known” its release would alter themselves so dramatically that they could no longer continue to live in the manner to which they have become accustomed. Nor with the people to whom they have become accustomed. They fear the Higher Self will override the smaller self and the comfortable life it has created.
Understandable musings, of course, for those who perhaps have always struggled to maintain a sense of true belonging to that which surrounds them. Some have spent their entire lives meting out their knowledge with delicate care hoping to not overbalance the accepted scale of sanity. And this practice can become an ingrained and automatic habit. The mere thought of breaking this habit can send some yet further into themselves — fear upon fear creating layer after layer of cold armor.
This armor, in its way, intensifies the fear of Self: as one has not only blocked out those surrounding them but imprisoned Self. One becomes both jailer and jailed. With no other thoughts present within their minds, besides the never-ending argument between the two, separation within one’s own psyche begins; the jailer becomes the feared other.
All thought that it was self-created is lost. Some forget that they are both, forget that they allowed their own imprisonment, forget that they can allow their own release.
Beloved children, we ask that you truly look to the face of the one who holds you contained, for we guarantee it will not be the face of one who surrounds you but the face of the one inside you.

Quite a few of the channelings carry a similar theme to the one above and I am beginning to suspect there may be a few more to come. It is often the case that I need the teachings as much as anyone else: and I am sure that is true for this one. But I, also, think the regular repetition of this teaching has the intent to wake up any who is able to assist in the coming of the new age.
