Have you ever felt like you have a power inside waiting to be unleashed if you only knew how? You’re about to explore a simple yet profound technique that could change everything. It’s opening to the power of the ‘I AM’ presence, the divine essence within you. The ‘I AM ‘presence is the part of you that is connected to the universal consciousness, the part that is capable of creating and shaping your reality. It puts you in God Mode. How do you tap into this power?

“The power for creating a better future is contained in the present moment: You create a good future by creating a good present.” — Eckhart Tolle

You access this power through Intent and alignment. When you align your Intent with the ‘I AM’ presence, you unlock a transformative force that powerfully shapes your reality. You’ll learn how this works. But first, let’s talk about what this creative power is.

For more on how to connect with I AM, see my article here:

What is Creative Power and the “I AM”?

Creative power. The force that comes from your I AM (sometimes called your Higher Self or Divine Self) shapes your reality. It’s not about magic. It’s about knowing how to use the energy of your I AM through Intent and alignment.

The “I AM” contains your conscious creative force. When you say “I AM,” you declare your existence and intention. It’s the starting point of everything you do. But how does it work? And why does it matter?

How the “I AM” Power Evokes a Sense of Empowerment

Imagine feeling in control of your destiny. That’s the power the ‘I AM’ power bestows upon you. When you recognize and harness this power, you tap into a deep well of potential. You feel more confident and capable. You become the master of your life’s creation.

Recall those moments when you felt invincible, unstoppable. That was your ‘I AM’ power at work. Are you ready to experience that sense of empowerment more often?

What is Intent, and Why is it Important for Creative Power?

Intention. It’s the secret sauce of creative power. Without it, you’re just drifting. Intention is a divine force that comes from your “I AM.” It gives direction to your energy, turning random actions into purposeful steps.

The power of Intent is infused in all of creation. The Intent of creation empowers the life force that courses through you. When you set your Intent, you tap into this divine power from your “I AM.”

“Go anywhere, but never forget that the knowledge ‘I am’ is God.” Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Have you ever sat down and focused on what you want to have happen and felt a surge of motivation? That’s the power of intention. It aligns your actions with your desires. Intention taps into and focuses your creative power that comes from I AM.

What is Conscious Intention?

So, what’s the difference between ordinary intention and conscious intention? Conscious intention is deliberate. It’s mindful. You constantly choose each action you are about to take to align with your objective.

“To be fully present is to be fully alive.” — Jon Kabat-Zinn

You’re aware of your actions and their impact. You’re not just wishing for things. You’re choosing clear, purposeful actions that align with your higher principles and the ‘I AM’ presence.

This kind of intention is aligned with your deep, authentic desires. It’s not about fleeting desires. Fleeting desires and desires for instant gratification are, more often than not, false ego desires.

Conscious Intent is aligned with deep desires that are often longstanding. Want to make your intentions conscious? Start by being present. Reflect on your objectives. Note what is vital in your life and your life priorities. And make your actions purposeful.

What is the Ego’s Influence, and How Does the Lack of Intent Affect It?

The ego is the body of pretension. It pretends it is the real, authentic you. But it is not. It’s that voice inside that keeps you trapped. It thrives on fear and separation. When your actions lack conscious intention, the ego takes over. It perpetuates negative patterns. You feel trapped and out of control.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. By cultivating conscious intention, you can counteract the ego. Mindfulness helps. Awareness helps. Every intentional act weakens the ego’s hold.

Why Do People Experience Negative Patterns?

Negative patterns. These recurring thoughts, feelings, or behaviors hinder your personal growth and alignment with the ‘I AM’ presence. We all have them. But why do they persist, even when you know about the ‘I AM’ presence? The answer lies in the struggle between the ego and the conscious self. The ego steps in when your actions don’t align with the ‘I AM’ presence. It creates negative patterns. It’s a battle of wills. But understanding this dynamic is the first step to overcoming it. How do you break free from these patterns? Keep reading.

What is Alignment, and What Does One Align To?

Alignment. It’s about consistency. Ensuring your actions, thoughts, and intentions match your higher principles and the ‘I AM’ presence. But what do you align to? Think about values like love, truth, and integrity. Aligning with these principles means that your actions are guided by love, your thoughts are rooted in truth, and your intentions are driven by integrity. This keeps you grounded and in harmony with the ‘I AM’ presence. It’s about more than just not doing harm. It’s about actively doing good. It’s about living in harmony with universal laws.

What are ‘Inspired Actions,’ and How Do They Relate to Intent?

Inspired actions. It’s about adding conscious intention to everything you do. It transforms routine behaviors into purposeful practices. For instance, when you focus first on your ‘I AM’ presence, then your Intent, and then find actions that align with that Intent, you might choose to meditate, engage in a creative activity, or have a meaningful conversation. These are inspired actions.

For more on how to live in the power of Self-Presence, see my article here:

This can be done by setting clear intentions before each action, reflecting on your actions to ensure they align with your intentions, and staying mindful throughout the process.

Think about daily routines — eating mindfully, working purposefully, and communicating clearly. Each intentional action reinforces your ‘I AM’ presence.

It’s a simple process, but it’s powerful. Want some practical steps?

Actionable Steps:

  1. Set Clear Intentions: Begin each day by setting a clear intention for what you want to achieve.
  2. Reflect on Your Actions: Take a few minutes at the end of each day to reflect on your actions. Did they align with your intentions?
  3. Stay In Self-Presence: Practice mindfulness. Be present in each moment. This helps you act with intention rather than habit.
  4. Adjust as Needed: If your actions are slipping into old patterns, adjust your intentions. Keep them clear and focused. Then, imbue your actions with your Intent.

Challenges With Conscious Intention and Inspired Actions

It is maintaining Self-Present and consistent intention. It takes work. Old habits die hard. You might find it challenging to break ingrained patterns. But don’t worry. There are ways to overcome these challenges. Patience is key. Persistence is crucial. And self-compassion helps. Remember, it’s a journey. Each small step counts. Here are some tips that will help you succeed.

Actionable Steps:

  1. Be Patient: Change takes time. Don’t rush. Allow yourself the time to adjust.
  2. Stay Persistent: Keep at it even when it’s tough. Persistence pays off.
  3. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself. Don’t beat yourself up over setbacks. Learn from them and move on.
  4. Regular Reflection: Make reflection a habit. From a place of Self-Presence, reflect on your actions. It helps you stay on track and adjust your Intent as needed.

Harnessing your creative power through the “I AM” presence isn’t just a concept. It’s a way of life. By aligning your actions with conscious intention, you can overcome the ego, break negative patterns, and create a fulfilling reality. It can be challenging. But the rewards are worth it.

Say Self-Present. Set clear intentions. Reflect on your actions. You have the power within you. Use it. Transform your life, one intentional step at a time.

Embrace the power of the “I AM” presence, live in God Mode, and let the power of creative power flow through you.
