Increasing Rotator Cuff Pain

My right shoulder has been bothering me for the past six months. It did not hurt, but it did not feel properly set in the joint. I managed my daily yoga by tightening up my shoulder muscles and pushing my way through the positions. That worked just fine — I had no pain during yoga. But it did not fix my problem, and I started to feel pain in the shoulder more and more.
