Oneness remains unseen
because a “you” grasps and rejects things to prove its existence.

Invisible and unknowable by “you”,
witnessing
is nothing being everything and every-thing being no-thing.

Xin Xin Ming, verse 4

Your entire life, you have been told that you exist — that you are something separate from everything else. Human society constantly supports the notion that you are “real”.

As I discussed in Verse 3 of the Xin Xing Ming, that notion has resulted in you having had a lifetime of experiences and stories, both good and bad, that strengthen your separation (or difference) from everyone (and everything) else in your perception.

You may want to let go of your stories (both held and rejected), but even that idea is a story in itself.
