You are NOT sick. You are NOT going mad.
You are just AWAKENING.

Some people when they hear these sounds, go to the doctor for their ear check-up but nothing comes up in their reports and they are unable to understand what has gone wrong with them.
Well, nothing has gone wrong with you.

Ringing in Ears reasons : Where Is The Sound Coming From?
These sounds are the sounds of the next level of consciousness after the physical level of consciousness that we currently reside in, in our physical bodies.
Therefore, you experience these sounds from inside of you and not from anywhere outside.
There are five levels of consciousness that we can experience in our existence as a human being. After the physical level, comes the astral level of consciousness.
The sound of hum comes first when we step into the astral level.
Stepping into the astral level also heightens your senses to an all new level. Your sense of smell, taste, or even the wisdom to observe and understand things around you will change.
Most of us on Earth remain at the first level of consciousness — the physical level.
Some of us who awaken, start experiencing the astral level of consciousness.
Extremely rare ones go beyond the astral level because most of the practices of Yoga help one ascend up to the astral level of consciousness only. Also, those who awaken even without any yoga or any other spiritual practices tend to remain at the astral level of consciousness for most of their lives.
Is there a Hidden Meaning to the Sound of Ringing in the Ears?
The ringing in the ears simply means, that your consciousness is expanding. Rest, one can simply enjoy this experience.
How to Experience More Ringing in the Ears?
Spend more time in silence, or in the nature. Silence will help you listen to the sound more.
‘DO NOT HEAR’ THE RINGING IN THE LEFT EAR
NEVER hear or even try to hear sound coming from the left ear, no matter how melodious.
If, in case, you do hear the sound from the left ear, you must get up quickly, involve yourself in some other work or distract yourself and you must do all that you can to take your attention elsewhere.
While if you listen to the sound from your right ear, it’s absolutely fine. You can keep listening to it.
