I recently found this channel I did with St Germain several years ago. It needed a good edit and some revising, but here is St. Germain’s message on one of his specialties, transformation.
“Many people are transforming at this time. The process of ascension allows you to fully release all programming and karmic connections. Problems can arise in this process if one does not have an understanding of what they will be facing and what they will see in their inner landscapes.
The characteristics of transformation
They can be subtle or at times very blunt. They include being honest, the need for reflection, the desire to heal, the ability to relate with yourself and others, and finally the will to carry out transformation.
You must have these characteristics to complete your transformation. Look at yourself, and where you have been, and acknowledge what in the past you have denied. If you do not accept what has been you cannot proceed.
