Will I Be Alive for the Shift?

I always ask my guides for guidance — that is what they do best!
We have several guides who watch over us. I’ve heard that all incarnated humans have a guardian Angel who watches over them and wards away danger.
Many lightworkers (souls from beyond the 3rd dimension who volunteered or were chosen to return to the 3rd dimension to assist humanity in the ascension timeline) have guides from the 5th dimension and beyond.

My guides are my guardian Angel, Archangels, several beings from the Pleiades, and a dragon. This is my spirit team. Over the last year, I’ve learned to consult them through telepathic communication. How fun! It warms my heart.
One of my Pleiadian guides was my mother during a lifetime of mine on the Pleiades. In this lifetime, as Reyna, I feel her energy as more of a sister or a best friend.
Today, I asked her a question that has been on my mind.
Will I be alive for the Shift?
I awaited her response.
When her response came, it was not linear, but rather one energetic nudge that encoded the answer. Though it was not an answer that used sequential language, I understood the message immediately.
Have you seen the movie Arrival?
Telepathic communications convey plenty of information, but not necessarily in a linear way; they are cohesive and holistic. When my guide gave her response to me, it was a complete message, and she sent it over in one second. I interpreted it like this circle here. Rather than reading from left to right, the message is conveyed all at once.
It’s not quite simple, her energy replied to me. I nodded, understanding that the Universe’s timelines are dynamic and constantly shifting.
In some timelines you may be alive, I understood.
In others, you have already passed on.
The Shift will occur towards the end of your lifetime.°°
Your decisions, especially how you care for your body, are important factors as to whether or not you will witness the Shift in your current incarnation.
Healing trauma and integrating ascension energy, the work that you are called to do, will also be important factors in your physical compatibility with the raising frequencies.
“Thank you,” I sent back to her, using my linear 3rd dimension thoughtform constructed with the English language.
“I love you.”
She responded with a beautiful circle composed of many smaller circles, a divine geometry.
I smiled.
Would I like to be alive for the Shift? Yes!
Many of us lightworkers, or starseeds, (or however you’d like to define our old souls) seeded the planet Earth. We were the first beings to incarnate on the planet. My understanding is that we’ve been here for the entirety of the Earth’s timeline programming. I’ve lived more than 1,000 lives as a human!
If you are a lightworker, you lived during the age of Lemuria and perhaps the age of Atlantis. The Earth that Lemurians inhabited was of a higher dimension. At the end of the Lemurian civilization “the Fall” occurred and the planet moved down into the 3rd dimension. Time and incarnation changes as dimensions change. For this reason, all of us lived as Lemurians, but not all of us lived as Atlantians. Source. I personally did not live during the time of Atlantis.
I’d really like to see the Shift while incarnated, and celebrate it, because my soul has lived for a good duration of the Fall and I imagine it would be satisfying to see the return of 5th dimension consciousness.
I understand that to do so I can be more diligent about my health routines and habits, and this gives me good motivation to do so.
Yet even if I do not live to witness the final ushering of the New Earth, I can be satisfied knowing that I gave my full effort to help that process along, and that I lived through new challenges and experiences while being here.
Even though we may not all witness it while incarnated, we can always celebrate the Shift because it is definitely coming.
