In the last article, we focused on the different draping styles of Sari.

This time, we will explore a series of new-look Saris by contemporary designers. Fashion & design enthusiasts and South Asian lovers will definitely want to take a look. There’s even a Sari that incorporates a Japanese technique…!!

One of the characteristics of Saris produced by contemporary designers is that they tend to have fewer decorative elements, although some conventional Saris are very simple as well. They are also lightweight and easy to wear. This photograph shows two silk Saris from the famous brand ‘Raw Mango’. These colours are bold and captivating.
