The last of 2021!

What an adventure already! Tons of firsts happening for our team. There is so much to brag about, so much to be excited about!

First, our data science team has been on FIRE! Building out our algorithms and prepping things for when we get our datasets rolling! Beyond excited for what is coming next year! My hat’s off to these folks!

Second, our product is clawing to the first prototype! It is beyond exciting to see the transformation from idea to reality, the stack has been ironed out for the most part with additional parts, and pieces still sliding into place.

Third, the transformation, and evolution of our team is beyond exciting. Part of this for all of us was learning, growing and evolving and I can honestly say that everyone on our team is really growing into the roles and there is a ton of skill here, and I cannot wait to see the EPIC things that come!

Now since we are in our holiday break, I will keep this short, but our last big win was exposing the larger umbrella of New Evolution Digital to our team. This is was beyond exciting! We have been working on the tip of the iceberg, and showing what lies just below the surface was beyond gratifying for Jesse & I. Seeing the excitement and energy made it all worth it.

Huge thank you to our team, you are all rockstars, and as we start burning through our releases and get our product into the hands of those that so desperately need it I cannot wait for you to experience the excitement, the elation of seeing your work being use, abused and broken! THIS! THIS is what we live for as software engineers!
