If We Could Turn Recorded Vocals into Music

There have been a few programs that I have tried where you could sing into them to make your voice music. Instead of singing into the program live, it would be great if we could upload a recorded vocal file into the program and turn it into music also. We could save the music file as a different file and play the music and vocal file together. Then when the vocal and music file is merged together, we could share it and save it as a mp3 file.
