Wander and Wonder

I went to the literature section though I am not a big fan of it.

There I picked up Thomas Hardy’s- ‘A Pair of Blue Eyes’.

The story revolves around Elfride Swancourt, Stephan Smith and Henry Knight.

It was the first novel by Hardy to be serialised in the ‘Tinsley Magazine’ b/w 1872–73.

This novel is mostly populated by autobiographical events aka Hardy’s life.

It describes the love triangle around a young woman.

Hardy was so impressed with romanticism that he wrote many group of poems, all being set in Wessex.
