A Note For New Writers

When you are an absolute beginner you will easily get disappointed for not receiving the amount of appreciation that your work deserves, however, the only reason behind that is not that you haven’t worked well on your articles but because you aren’t aware of the publishing style on Medium and your articles are not yet reached to the audience that wants to read it.

To have your back I'm sharing a few tips for an absolute beginner out there; first of all, you need to know the basics of publishing an article online. Your article should contain a capitalized headline, a subtitle, and an appealing image to catch the attention of your audience.

After that, you are advised to use various formatting styles and keep the information divided into paragraphs so that the reader doesn’t find it difficult to go through your work. To summarise it all here I'm enlisting a checklist for the same:

1. Use Capitalised headline
2. Add relevant subtitles
3. Use appealing graphics for your post
4. Write in paragraphs
5. Use sub-heading if needed
6. End your article with a Thank you note

Now that you’ve created an amazing article, the next task is to spread that to various places where people appreciate your work. You need to realize that initially, you will find it hard to gain an audience because you aren’t popular enough that people will search your page.
