As writers, we all strive hard…we do…to get better at our trade.

From larger aspects of writing, such as making the content more engaging, to tackling micro details like killing adverbs — we do it all.

Constantly polishing our acts.

But what if, after all these efforts, it turns out it was all in vain? The story never garnered many takers, aka views. And you are left scratching your head, doubting your writing skills.

But before you throw away your logs and tools into the water and give up…

This one small detail you innocently missed might be the real culprit.

Okay, let me leave you to stew a bit more in the suspense while I set the table.

My husband and I are different in this.

While I prefer the laptop for most of my online things, he is cozy with the mobile.

I don’t know; I don’t like that tiny window I get to ‘see’ and feel cramped trying to maneuver between tabs. It feels so….limited to me. Or maybe I am a technically challenged person.
