An Easy Hack You Don’t Know That Keeps Avocados Green For Days

I can never seem to store or even cut avocado properly.

Sometimes it looks horrible, and I can’t help but cringe at any brown bits that seem to show themselves after cutting.

The problem is, I can’t part with even small brown bits of avocado because they are extremely nutrient-rich little balls of goodness that give us a boost of good quality fats and protein and add a huge array of flavour to any meal.

So the obvious way I store them seems to be the wrong way (according to the experts). It may be a question mark for you too.

As soon as you cut an avocado, it turns brown straight away.

I have aimed at adding lemon juice to mine, but my daughter doesn’t like the flavour. So I have to agree with her on this one.

As nice as lemon is, I don’t want a ‘lemon flavour’ on the sourdough bread of my veggies. It just ruins the nice spices that you add to your meal.
