If your sleep is not adequate, you are the cause of other’s troubles, you yourself are the cause of other people’s troubles. Because, you don’t have a proper way of life. Such guidance affects your life. True guidance slowly impacts your sleep. A hectic life, family responsibilities, force you to move on. You are anxious to adjust to everyone, which may be the cause of your insomnia. You don’t have proper guidance, sleep deprivation can be the cause. Your brain is also responsible for this. People ask each other to get answers to such reasons and questions, let us know the answers.

Your body does not sit still all day long. Feels tired while sleeping at night. You can’t rest it because it’s running at full speed. This type of guidance does not give you the ability to think of anything new or new the next day. Because yesterday’s thoughts are still swirling in your mind, so your brain refuses to do the new daily work in today’s laziness.

The example that people give you

(1) Whenever you sleep at night, talk to your family and sleep. When away from family, try to relax with friends. If you do not have family and friends, make reading and sometimes yoga before going to bed the basis for your peace of mind. Enjoy watching TV sometimes. Thus, one can enjoy the peace of the day.

(2) Talking to family and friends, doing yoga and even reading does not make you sleepy. This is because of your eating habits. You don’t eat right. Your digestion is not right. Many people cannot get a simple meal or digest a simple meal because they are at work all day. So, that the stomach of any human being grows day by day. The abdomen becomes larger than the head —double and triple size. The habit of lying down when you fall asleep is sometimes the cause of the growing problems of the body. So sometimes it is advisable to sleep with the help of chair and table. Thus, those who suffer from snoring congestion often find that their difficulties are lessened. People with bloated stomach have more difficulty breathing due to lying down. When lying down, the abdomen swells in the act of breathing, which, once inhaled, presses hard on your heart in the process of releasing it. You wake up from this shock. So this could also be the reason your sleep is not right.

(3) The question is whether you focus on family, friends, reading, yoga, or even stomach difficulties. People will advise you that your planet is weak. Your planets are in the wrong box. So you can’t invert. You will wear your zodiac nude ring on your high finger, and you will fall asleep. You will do this, but you will have complaints that you will not fall asleep.

(4) The above advice is not lost on you. Someone said that your nature is jealous. You haven’t talked about anyone’s jealousy today. You haven’t bothered anyone today. One cannot keep listening to what is happening in another’s life, so that the mind becomes restless with such thoughts. Numerous people disturb their favourite people late at night, making their sleep worse. Knowing things from them makes me a little sleepy. But even after doing so, sleep does not come. The complaint is still pending.

(5) Talking on the phone till early morning, getting up late in the morning. The office arrived late. You will have such excuses because your brain is working less fast. Now your brain is five-six hours behind the other. You can’t sleep well because of the low speed. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. Furthermore, you get frustrated if you don’t get the job done on time. This is the reason for your failure, when you are not getting enough sleep.

(6) There are no reasons why I can’t sleep,
(1) Because I have no need to work. We are very rich, we sleep at any time.
(2) Because we have no work, we fall asleep anytime in twenty-four hours.

For such reasons, people cannot sleep on time. Such people roam all day long. Seeing others at work makes themselves feel unhappy. That they are living a life of comfort. This can cause not to proper fall asleep. Curiosity about what is going on in someone else’s life.

(7) None of the above causes, yet sleep does not come. Someone asked to consult a doctor, let’s consult them too. The doctor said that you have a disease like insomnia. I did the course for a few days, I fell asleep, but it turned out to be the opposite, the disease of forgetfulness started with the medicine. So I stopped taking the medicine. But sleep does not come.
