Do you ever feel like you are working so hard and others around you aren't? Do you then judge those people? If so, I am going to teach you how to stop judging them by telling you one sentence and providing some context.

Context
Life is not a competition between others, but a competition with yourself to be the best version of yourself you can possibly be. If you feel the need to judge others because you're doing something more than them, you should probably stop doing that thing as you are most likely doing it for the wrong reason which is why you feel the need to judge others.
You should live your life for yourself and do what you love. If you're doing what you love and really enjoying it, it won't matter to you what others are doing, as you will be too busy loving your life.
