People say there is no God. We cannot see, hear, smell, taste, or even feel him. God neither helps nor comes to rescue people when they are in trouble. Why does he do that? Does he only listen to strong and educated people? Is he angry with me? Is he also helpless? Or he doesn’t exist? The truth is he exists beyond all our imaginations, expectations, limits, and thinking. He listens to every soul on this planet. One cannot understand God with his brain. You need the heart to understand God. God can only be understood by love, innocence, and softness. God only listens to people who pray to him by their hearts, which means he can only be understood by a heart.

We cannot see, hear, smell, taste, or even feel him. But if God could be understood only by a human being’s 5 senses, he wouldn’t be God. He wouldn’t be a supreme power whose power is infinite. He helps in such a way that human beings cannot notice him.

God will help you in such a way that you will realize his actions later. The world will say you are a failure, the world will say you are a cheater, but God will never. God always shows the right path. He gives us the choice. But ultimately, it is you that have to choose between the choices and do hard work. God doesn’t help directly, but he uses you to make you a better and stronger person. In other words, he will make you work hard, physically, mentally, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. God will perform miracles, but behind you, where you cannot notice him. He will create situations where you have to work hard and behave according to the situation. Let’s find out some answers to basic questions-

Q.1) Why you cannot see or feel God?

Answer- You can see small objects through a microscope. You can see farther objects through a telescope. You need a material device to see a material thing. But God is not a material being. He is a spiritual being. That means you need a spiritual device to see and feel God. That spiritual devices are Bhakti (Love, Affection, and Innocence towards God), Meditation or Dhyan (Soul connection towards God), Karma (Doing duties and good works in the name of God), and Knowledge or Gyan (learning and understanding the path of goodness and righteousness from holy books, scriptures and educating yourself in various fields). When we love God, we automatically start praying and worshiping him in different forms, no matter whom so ever form we choose.

Q.2) Why do you always feel that God isn’t helping you?

Answer- That is because God helps you indirectly. That is his way of helping his dear loved ones. Sometimes you think, why is this happening to you? Why did this problem come? Why did it happen only to me? Why do some things not go as planned? That is because God has different plans for you. God does things that you may not feel are good for you, but the same things will give you positive and worthy results in the future. That is because God wanted that only. God’s plans are much stronger, smarter, and wiser than yours. He knows much better than you do on which good path you really should be. God is much smarter than you.

Q.3) In spite of God helping you, why do you suffer and fail so many times?

Answer- When a person plants a seed of bamboo, he keeps on watering him for a year, but nothing comes out. Two years pass by; nothing comes out. The person feels useless that nothing is happening. Yet he keeps on trying. But as the third year comes, all of a sudden, the bamboo comes out, and in some time, it reaches a height of 40 meters or 130 feet. All these years, the seed was preparing itself to make the roots of the bamboo strong so that, when it grows, it doesn’t fall over.

In the same way, in real life, the result is not in one’s hands, but the hard work is. When consistent hard work is done, one may fail many times. Mistakes will happen many times. But one must see it as an opportunity to improve and move ahead. God wants us to reach that level of perfection so that, we may rise strongly in our work. And that is why he let us fail several times.

Q.4) How should we treat God?

Answer- God is our parent. Parents love their children unconditionally. God also loves his beings unconditionally. We are his children. Parents are our God, and God is our parent. That is why parents are given the position of God. How should we treat God? You must love and obey the rules and regulations of his universe unconditionally. You disrespected God, you said harsh words to him, you troubled him, you got angry with him, and yet he was always soft, loving, and pure towards you. You gave up on him, but he never gave up on you. Why?

Because you are his loving child, no matter what a child does, the parent will always forgive him without expecting anything from him. The parent will always love him and teach his children the right lessons and manners. And as he is your parent, what kind of child leaves his parent alone, and what kind of child leaves his parent alone as well. This is a two-sided relationship, just like parents and their children, where love comes from both sides and is the only love that will be with you forever. One must not use God only for guidance. If one does this, he is just using God for his own sake, and God is nothing to him other than just a guide. You must treat him like a parent and love him, as you cannot leave him.

That is why it is a must to read the holy scriptures.

Q.5) What can we do for God? What are we doing in this universe?

Answer- You were there with him before. You were with God. And you were given free will. But you demanded your own privacy from God. You wanted to live alone and without God. It sounds weird and funny, but it is true. And therefore, you were sent to this material world and taken from him. YOu can consider that God has sent us here to test how much we can do for him because he is the only ultimate truth. How much can a person’s hard work reach perfection and truth. God has given us various paths to reach him, but the path of devotion is the best among all of them, that is to love and have faith in God. Moreover, we are here to perform good deeds and duties and gain knowledge until it reaches its best. Give love to each other, especially your own family, and help each other without expecting anything in return. Same goes for God. We have to surrender to him in devotion and he will start taking caring of us in every aspect.
