Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard- Tim Notek

let’s take for example a person gifted with great talent and skills in many fields for example this person can draw extremely well even with little to no practice, can write amazing articles, blogs, poems, stories, can cook well, sing well, dance well, can also play chess like grandmaster!

Clearly we are dealing with a person gifted with many traits talents and skills. However, the main problem is that this person has never experienced a true failure and continuous improvement as he had to do practically nothing to be better than others in certain fields.

Now imagine a person with no skills in any field, without any talent but sheer motivation and determination, the will to prove something to his family or loved ones. This type of person will never back down on anything!

this type of person is used to failure as he/she already failed multiple times while learning writing for example, they already tasted defeat and hit rock bottom but never stopped and through continuous improvement became better than a person with talent in writing.

Hard work is often associated with a strong work ethic, including qualities like discipline, focus, and dedication. These traits can compensate for any lack of initial skill by allowing individuals to maximize their potential through consistent effort and dedication.

People with “skill” of hard work always have work ethics which include qualities like discipline, focus, dedication, and sheer will. this trait alone will compensate for any lack of talent.

Always remember no matter how talented you are or how many skills you have you should always practice as someone more hardworking than you is willing to learn and outwork you!
