You don't have control over the content you consume daily from the Internet, do you? This article is for you!

Maybe, sometimes, you feel guilty or uncomfortable with yourself for the hours you've wasted watching dozens of YouTube videos. On these occasions, you promise yourself that from tomorrow, you will watch the videos only that will make you grow professionally. Yet, you still spend hours watching exciting videos utterly untied from your goals (if you have any).

Distractions' supposed dignity

My parents and most friends taught me that there is a natural dichotomy between work and leisure: duty first, pleasure second. And it could even be a sensible lesson if it weren't for the judgment given to distractions.

Distractions are like the sun in your eyes while traveling at high speed. Not seeing well while driving is not dangerous if you're going to work but pleasant if you're going on vacation…
